Cabinetry Showroom & Design Studio

Haggard Home Cabinetry & Design with a showroom & selection center located in Johns Creek, just outside of Atlanta. We specialize in kitchen & bath, basements and custom home design. We also partner with designers and custom home builders who use our showroom as their personal design center. Our projects range from single room furniture designs to whole house remodeling. We don’t do construction but we partner with contractors and specialty vendors for a complete home renovation experience.

We work all around the Atlanta area from our showroom in Johns Creek to service our clients in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, Milton, Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Marietta and Smyrna. ​​

Our Design Team

April Haggard is an award-winning interior designer with over 20 years of experience in kitchen & bath design and interior design. She attended the University of Georgia and Georgia State University and has a BFA in Interior Design. She started her career as a kitchen & bath designer while attending UGA and made Kitchen & Bath her design specialty for over 20 years. Her projects range from interior design space planning and furnishings to full home renovations and custom-built homes. She lives in Johns Creek with her husband Chris, 2 sons and her dog named Georgia Girl. April is an active member of the design industry most especially with the Atlanta Home Builders Association, the Professional Women in Building Council, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry and the Atlanta Designers Network. When she is not working, she loves to travel and spend quality time with her girlfriends and her family.

Alan Floyd is April’s father and has over 25 years of experience in the kitchen, bath & renovation field. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology to study Aeronautics but found his calling as a kitchen designer while working for a home improvement store in the 90s. His background in remodeling as well as sales make him a great project manager with impacts to the design as well as the execution of the project. He has been a corporate trainer teaching kitchen design and an entrepreneur with his own design business and now works with his daughter, April, to help manage all of her projects once they go into construction. Alan has been married for over 50 years, has 2 beautiful daughters, 5 grandchildren and lives in Gainesville. He enjoys science fiction and spending time with his family.

Blake Howell is an Allied ASID interior designer with 20 years of experience in the kitchen & bath industry. He graduated from Bauder College with an AFA in Interior Design. His projects run from interior space spacing to full home renovations and custom-built homes.

Kimberly Bryant

Interior Designer

Kimberly’s love for art and design began in early childhood. She drew inspiration from her grandmother and mother who made everything they touched more beautiful. From painting, sewing, gardening and pulling a room together on a shoestring budget, they created beautiful spaces. At the age of 13, Kimberly took her first art class and fell in love with design. She graduated with a B.S in Interior Design from Carson Newman University and has over 25 years of experience in kitchen and bath design as well as interior design. Kimberly loves living in Georgia with her husband David and their cockapoo, Piper. She loves being a wife and mother to their children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting, sewing, shopping and the beach. Kimberly proudly loves all things southern from a good porch swing to the perfect glass of sweet tea.

Damaris Gonzalez attended the University of Maryland University College and received her BS in Business Management. She started her professional career as a marketing manager for a food service manufacturer.

She moved to Miami in 2004 which allowed her to explore her love of design and to untap her creative side. Taking advantage of an opportunity presented to her, she shifted her professional career and became a kitchen and bath designer. During her time in Miami, Damaris became an award-winning kitchen and bath designer and had the privilege to meet and design kitchens and baths for a handful of celebrities and athletes.

Damaris prides herself on working with her clients to design a unique kitchen, bathroom, or other home space that reflects their personalities and needs. She has built her design career on two simple principles: listen intently to what the client has to say and design smarter. She works with clients from concept – creating realistic 3D renderings of the new space to final installation, managing the process very closely.

A few years ago, Damaris and her husband along with their two dogs Toby and Coco moved to Florida and have made this their home. Besides her passion for all things design, Damaris enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her daughter and family and participating in volunteer work for her spiritual organization.

Sarah’s love for art & design began in the world of makeup & fashion. She is an accomplished makeup artist and fashion stylist. Sarah brings all these skills now to Haggard Home as their showroom manager & home stylist. Her eye for style is an incredible asset to the Haggard Home team. She has an extensive background in management and customer service.

Julie graduated with a BBA degree from Mercer University. She has been an Accountant in the housing industry for 25+ years with experience in luxury home construction, cabinets, flooring, and furniture. She plays a 12-string guitar and sings with her husband in the praise band at their church. She enjoys spending time with her family playing pickleball, golf and watching sports.
